My name is Lenke LaGrandeur and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, license #LW61043383) with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I've spent the last ten years providing clinical care to clients wanting additional support and guidance in their lives. Currently in private practice and as a member of the DBT Eastside consult team, I am committed to helping people reach their goals, feel better about themselves, feel connected to themselves and others, and find balance in their lives. I believe that this is something that can be attainable for just about anyone.
I am currently offering the following modes of treatment based on assessment of current functioning: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for trauma (EMDR), and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I hope that if you are reading this in a time of need, I might get the chance to hear about some of the difficulties you are facing. Because the idea of therapy can be intimidating, it is important to me that the space I provide for each client feels safe, welcoming, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental. I'd love to meet you, learn your story, and help you get to where you need to go.
